The EzRak ® outdoor Cabinet

The EzRak ® outdoor telecom enclosure is built to withstand the demands of an outdoor environment, whether it be wind, rain or sun our enclosure will protect your equipment from the elements. The double skinned structure together with 3-point locking system also provides excellent protection against vandalism or malicious attack. The modular approach to the design allows for easy configuration from a single (stand alone), double or triple cabinet configuration.

The main structure is manufactured from aluminium alloy extrusions and die cast corners providing a rigid framework that possesses exceptional strength and is highly effective for use where severe shock and vibration may be encountered. The double skin consists of an internal aluminum panel and an outer sun shield panel with a cavity between the two, allowing for the movement of air and to minimise the transfer of direct solar heat load to the inner enclosure. The outer sun shield also provides protection against vandalism and can be easily replaced if damaged. The mounting of all panels are hidden, and the design of the enclosure requires the opening of the front door before the removal of the roof and rear sun shield panels. The aluminium exterior is painted with a special weather resistant powder coat paint, which gives excellent protection against corrosion.

Depending on the requirements SJ can supply and integrate a suitable thermal management solution for the outdoor enclosure.
